Order Cancellation Policy

Orders for pre-order, made-to-order, and limited-release products cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and production has commenced.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may only be considered before the order has been submitted for production or processing.

Rizing Beyond reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for products that are already in production, prepared for dispatch, or have been shipped.

Please ensure all order details, including product selection, size, and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.
